Dr. Rachel Manning graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2011. She is licensed in OH and PA, and practices small animal medicine. Her favorite aspects of clinical practice are ophthalmology and soft tissue surgery. In her free time, Dr Manning enjoys hiking with her dogs, napping under a blanket of pets, reading, and sewing.
